1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Positioning

By accessing or using the StellarWeb Risk Auditor service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is expressly positioned as an "Intelligent First-Pass Screen" and a "Contract Triage Utility." It is designed to assist professionals by identifying common structural metadata and risk patterns to accelerate manual review workflows.

2. Not Legal Advice (Disclaimer)

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.

StellarWeb Risk Auditor is a technological tool, not a law firm. The output generated by the Service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. You must consult with a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before executing any legal document or relying on any standard fallback clause generated by the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Financial Terms

• Usage & Billing: Access to full audit results requires either a one-time payment per document or an active monthly subscription (Pro or Enterprise).
• Fair Use: Subscriptions are subject to monthly document quotas. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate computational infrastructure and AI inference costs incurred during the audit process, all purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You explicitly agree that you will not, nor permit any third party to:

• Upload documents containing illicit, illegal, or highly classified government material.
• Use the Service to build a competitive product or train a competing machine learning model.
• Employ automated scraping or excessive API polling intended to map or stress-test our infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StellarWeb and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on the Service's output, including lost profits or breach of contract. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amounts paid by you to StellarWeb in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StellarWeb, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your execution of any contract analyzed by the Service.
